Sean Bean helped us host a charity quiz for War Child!

When War Child came to us to help raise money for their Winter Appeal we thought what better way to do it than with a good old fashioned quiz! The subject? Game of Thrones of course. We thought we should have a final hurrah for the show that’s jumped the shark/ ice dragon. Sean Bean made it out of middle earth to host and he even managed to survive the entire night! Despite numerous lazy jokes like the ones you just read… HBO supplied us with great prizes and even some props from the show to dress the room, including a life size Dire Wolf! War Child UK seeks to support and rehabilitate child victims of war and deal with the lasting consequences of conflict on children. With the significant amount of money that we raised on the night will help War Child to work with local communities, their organisations and local authorities in both conflict and post-conflict areas to support children and the people they depend upon. After the success of this zeitgeisty quiz we hope to host more in the future!
