A little bit of London makes its way to Korea… the Don’t Panic pack takeover!
You know the old saying, if it works in London, it’ll work in South Korea…? Thanks to our Don’t Panic packs, a little bit of London is now embedded in Seoul’s counter/street culture. If you don’t know what the ‘Don’t Panic packs’ are, then we assume you have been living on a remote island for the last 16 years Tom Hanks style. Synonymous with British counterculture, street culture, and the night bus home after a night out. The pack is full of the best in art, music, NFP, experience, events, and utter randomness that can range from condoms to jelly beans, no really…
The centrepiece and part of the reason why they are so sought after are the highly collectable limited edition A2 Don’t Panic posters featured in every pack. The posters are created by some of the best street artists around, we’ve worked with artists like; • BANKSY • DAVID SHRIGLEY • D FACE • JENNI SPARKS • JEREMYVILLE • SAM TAYLOR • SHEPARD FAIREY • STIK • ETC ETC. A few years ago, South Korea asked if they could bring the British counterculture concept epitomised by the Don’t Panic packs to the streets of South Korea, to which we happily agreed. Continuing with a similar style as the UK packs, South Korea has also added their own twist. Their packs place a heavier emphasis on the art, they work with artists from across the globe, with their work appearing in the form of stickers, and posters of varying sizes. They have been flourishing ever since! Where will the Don’t Panic packs end up next?
