It’s B Corp Month!
Proud to Be a Certified B Corporation
We are proud to join the global community of Certified B Corporations - and no, that's not some secret society where businesses gather to discuss fancy letterheads or the perfect office coffee bean. It means we are committed to using business as a force for good!
What is a B Corp?
B Corp certification is more than just a badge—it's a rigorous standard that holds businesses accountable for their impact. As a Certified B Corporation, we've made a legal commitment to consider how our decisions affect our team members, customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment.
This isn't just an aspirational goal. We've amended our Articles of Association to formally integrate this responsibility into our governance structure, ensuring that social and environmental considerations are at the forefront of our business practices.
What Being a B Corp Means to Us
As a Certified B Corporation, we've undergone rigorous assessment by B Lab, demonstrating our commitment to high standards in social and environmental performance. What sets B Corps apart is the legal requirement to consider how our decisions affect everyone in our ecosystem—from our team members and customers to our suppliers, communities, and the planet. This responsibility isn't just a philosophy; it's formally integrated into our governance structure.

Our Certification Journey
Earning B Corp status wasn't easy—and that's by design. The certification process required us to complete the comprehensive B Impact Assessment, where companies must score at least 80 out of 200 points across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. This certification isn't a one-time achievement; we'll undergo reassessment every three years to ensure we continue meeting and exceeding evolving standards.
Part of Something Bigger
We're now one of more than 9,400 businesses across 160 industries in 105 countries using business as a force for good. Together, the B Corp community employs over 928,700 people worldwide, all working toward a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system.
Facing the Challenges Honestly
While we're proud of our certification, we recognize the B Corp movement isn't without its critics. Some business leaders have expressed concerns about whether certification always reflects truly ethical practices. Companies like Scrumbles (founded by Aneisha Soobroyen) and Dr. Bronner's have chosen to step away from certification, citing concerns about standards and enforcement. We appreciate this perspective—B Lab itself acknowledges these challenges and is working to strengthen its standards.
Our Ongoing Commitment
For us, B Corp certification isn't the finish line—it's more like the starting gun. We see it as a framework for continuously improving, measuring what matters, and holding ourselves accountable. It's less of a "we've made it" moment and more of a "we've committed to making it better" promise.
We're proud to be a B Corp—not just for what it represents today, but for the path of improvement and impact that lies ahead.
